Manufactured in 201 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel or galvanized carbon steel. Aluminum bands available upon request.
Available in 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″, and 1 1/4″ widths — suitable for everything from light-duty to extra heavy-duty industrial applications.
Steel Band edges are processed to be smooth.
Used on hard surfaces.
Bands and clamps can be formed over any shape.
Also available with durable plastic dispensers.
Available uncoated or coated in polyester, epoxy or nylon 11 which provides an additional protection against corrosion.
The bands coated with heat-shrinkable can have up to 32.8’.
Now, with Fechometal USA new EASY RANGE, our bands come marked to help you reduce material scrap. Each foot long will be marked with a FM circle logo. This new feature will not only reduce waste but also help measure cuts to better suit your application needs.

Available Band Widths

Fechometal USA offers stainless steel banding in a wide range of standard widths to meet the demands of various industries and applications — from light-duty bundling to heavy industrial fastening:

1/4” (6.4 mm): Perfect for lightweight applications such as cable bundling or small signage.
3/8” (9.5 mm): A flexible option suitable for general-purpose medium-duty use.
1/2” (12.7 mm): The most popular size, ideal for a broad range of industrial applications.
5/8” (15.9 mm): Provides extra strength for more demanding fastening tasks.
3/4” (19.0 mm): Designed for heavy-duty industrial jobs requiring higher tension.
1” (25.4 mm): Suitable for extra-heavy-duty clamping and structural applications.
1 1/4” (31.8 mm): Offers maximum holding power for large-scale, high-strength needs.

All widths are available in uncoated or coated stainless stee, and can be manufactured in 201, 304, or 316 stainless steel grades depending on the required corrosion resistance.
